Do you support international shipping?
Yes — for parcel. We support domestic and international parcel shipping via FedEx, UPS, and USPS at our negotiated rate levels. LTL and FTL freight are domestic US only.
Is the TMS really self-funded?
Yes — here's how it works. The platform charges a small label and software fee (5–9 cents per label depending on your volume tier). This is separate from your carrier shipment costs. The savings you unlock on carrier rates — typically 20–50% below what you currently pay — are so much larger than the label fee that most shippers recover their entire platform cost on the first few shipments. That's why we describe it as self-funded: the savings pay for the tool.
Can I add my own UPS or FedEx account to the TMS?
Absolutely. One of the most powerful features of our TMS is the ability to connect your existing parcel and LTL carrier accounts. Once added, the tool rate-shops your negotiated rates alongside our rates on every shipment — so you always book the cheapest option, no matter whose rate it is.
What if I only ship a few packages a month?
Small-volume shippers are exactly who we built this for. There are no minimums. The QuickShip tier covers 0–10 shipments per week with free label fees — you only pay the carrier shipment rate, which is still at our negotiated discount. Even shipping 5–10 packages a month, you'll see meaningful savings versus retail carrier rates.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No contracts, no commitments. Use the platform as much or as little as you need. You can change your plan tier as your volume changes, and cancel at any time. We earn your business every shipment.
What shipping modes does the platform support?
We support parcel (FedEx, UPS, USPS), LTL freight (100+ carriers), full truckload (dry van, flatbed, refrigerated/reefer), and specialized freight including hazmat. All modes are accessible from one platform, one login, and one consolidated invoice.
How much can I actually save on shipping?

What are the à la carte add-ons and do I need them?
